Some of this year's garden birds to populate the location list. Herons often pop in for a look at the pond, and one was standing on the roof not long ago. I've seen a Herring Gull in the same spot. I've seen a Sparrowhawk twice, once bathing in the pond, and Blackcap and Chiffchaff were present with early winter tit flocks.
